Arnica oil isn't one that is very recognizable to many people. Thankfully, arnica oil is exactly what you are looking for. In a study conducted in 2007, it was shown to significantly improve the muscle soreness of a marathon runner.
Reduces Bruising And Eases Sprains
The same natural component that helps to alleviate the amount of soreness the body feels, can also be used to counteract the effects of the body actually being injured. So in the event you sprain an ankle or fall and easily bruise, you'll want to keep a bit of this oil on hand to treat the affected area. Not only will it help lessen the sheer amount of pain that the injury has caused, but it will also help to diminish any type of swelling or inflammation around the area as it is a natural anti-inflammation aid.
Stimulates Hair Growth
Male pattern baldness is something that many men are fearful of suffering from. While it can be a blow to their appearance and their ego, they aren't the only gender that has to deal with this issue. Women also sometimes suffer from balding. Arnica works well with the hair follicles and can actual encourage hair growth. So if you or someone you know is struggling with hair loss or hair fall out, they should definitely get some arnica oil. Helps Carpal Tunnel
Arnica is known as a natural remedy for carpal tunnel and the pain associated with that condition due to the anti inflammatory properties. Some incredibly serious cases of carpal tunnel can even lead to surgery if the condition is not properly managed or treated. With arnica oil there can be significant relief that prevents the need for surgery. In a study that was conducted in 2002, it was found that one patient's pain lessened within two weeks of using arnica oil.
