Domestic
Domestic (USA) orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage mail unless otherwise indicated, to physical addresses and PO boxes. This is the default shipping option, but you may also choose to purchase from several other expedited options available at checkout.

Shipping Transit Times:
  •  USA – USPS Ground Advantage: typically 3-5 business days.
  •  For all other transit times, please refer to the options provided at the checkout page, where you will see prices and transit times specific to your location.

International
International orders ship via ePost Global, to physical addresses and PO boxes, unless otherwise indicated. These packages are shipped to your local postal service and then delivered to your address from there. This is the default shipping option, but you may also choose to purchase from several other expedited options available at checkout.

Shipping Transit Times:
  •  ePost Global Priority Parcels (delivered by your local postal service): typically 12-14 business days.
  •  For all other transit times, please refer to the options provided at the checkout page, where you will see prices and transit times specific to your location.

Shipping and handling costs will vary depending on what products and quantity you order.

If you’d like to know the shipping cost of an order before you buy, simply add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process. Your cart will show the shipping charges for your order before you fill in any payment details.

Domestic
Same day shipping if you place your order before 12pm EST, Monday through Friday, or by the next business day. If you order on a weekend or a holiday, in most cases your order will be shipped the next business day.

International
Packages will be shipped out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders will be processed and shipped out if the order is placed before 12pm EST of our shipment days. If you order on a weekend or a holiday, in most cases your order will be shipped the next business day.

Domestic
Your online account will be updated with a tracking number once we print the postage stamp for your shipment. You can see your tracking number by going into ‘My Account,’ clicking on the order, and looking under ‘Comments.’ An email containing your tracking number will also be sent to you once your shipping label is printed.

International
For USPS shipments, there is currently no tracking available for purchases outside the US. For FedEx domestic shipments (some of our products ship FedEx), you can see your FedEx tracking number by going into ‘My Account,’ clicking on the order, and looking under ‘Comments.’ An email containing your tracking number will also be sent to you once your shipping label is printed.

You will be charged the date of the month that the autoship order was placed at the frequency that was chosen.

Example: Autoship order for every 4 months was placed on the 7th of July. This customer will be charged on November 7th for their next shipment.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, you may return any unused product or empty bottles to us for a 100% refund. Please see our Shipping and Return Policies page to check if the product is eligible and within the guarantee period.
