Tréithe an Apricot

Cé go bhfuil an apricot dúchasach do Thuaidh na Síne, tugadh a ainm bitheolaíoch, Prunus armeniaca, dó ag na Gréagaigh, a chreid go raibh sé ar dtús fás i nArmáin. Thug na Rómhánaigh an toradh seo praecocium air, rud a chiallaíonn “luathfhásach,” toisc go raibh sé ag bláthú go luath sa séasúr agus as an ainm seo tháinig “apricot.”[5]

Tá ola cnámh an apricot an-chosúil le ola a chol ceathrair luachmhar, an almóinn. Úsáidtear ola apricot go minic in áit ola almóinn searbh nó cuirtear leis ola almóinn chun costas an táirgthe a mhaolú, cé nach bhféadfadh sé seo a bheith le feiceáil ar an lipéad.[6]

Úsáidtear blas na nduilleoga agus na síolta go traidisiúnta mar threoir, cé go ndearnadh anailís ar ábhar na síolta agus fuarthas go bhfuil éagsúlacht i mbunábhar saille agus cothaitheach idir na héagsúlachtaí.[8]
Úsáidtear ola cnámh apricot milis go háitiúil mar ola massage agus mar bhreis le gallúnacha agus táirgí cúraim craicinn. Tá blas domhain, cnóthach ar ola cnámh apricot milis agus cuirtear an t-easbhuidh go minic le oidis.[9]

Is cuid thábhachtach de réim bia sláintiúil saibhir plandaí é aigéad linoleic, aigéad sailleach omega-6 neamhsháithithe luachmhar.[17] Tá cosúlachtaí ag croí apricot le almóinní, lena n-áirítear an t-ábhar saille, snáithín agus próitéin tairbheach. Rinne staidéar sa Tuirc iniúchadh ar úsáid plúir apricot chun gearradh a chur in áit i dtrátaí fianán chun cáilíocht na saillte a fheabhsú agus ábhar snáithín na bhfianán a mhéadú. Ullmhúchán Ola Apricot

Is drupe é an apricot, cosúil le baill eile den ghéineas prunus amhail peach, plum agus almóinn. Tugtar an exocarp ar an gciseal seachtrach mín, agus is é an mesocarp an toradh feola. Timpeallaíonn na ciseal seo endocarp crua agus adhmaid.[22] Taobh istigh den endocarp tá an síol, nó croí apricot. Baintear ola croí apricot as an síol aibí seo.

Téitear na cácaí chun an ola a scaoileadh, ansin fuaraítear iad agus cuirtear síolta úr leis chun go leor den einsím emulsin a sholáthar chun an amygdalin a hidrealú. Má tá an teocht ró-ard nuair a tharlaíonn an imoibriú seo, briseann an emulsin síos agus ní féidir an amygdalin a scaoileadh.[29]

Féadfar foinsí tráchtála d’áireamh almóinní a dhéanamh as cócó, ós rud é go bhfuil ábhar amygdalin na cócó níos ísle agus go bhfuil siad níos saoire agus níos infhaighne sa Mheiriceá ná almóinní searbh. Mar gheall ar a bhfuil níos lú amygdalin iontu, tá an blas níos lú láidir ná nuair a bhaintear an amygdalin as almóinní searbh.[30] 

Úsáidí Leighis do Ola Cnó Cócó

Úsáidí ola cócó I Leigheas Ayurvedic agus Síneach. Glactar le ola cnó cócó go hinmheánach agus cuirtear i bhfeidhm go háitiúil í. I leigheas Síneach ársa agus leigheas Ayurvedic (córas leighis traidisiúnta na hIndia) creidtear go dtroidann ola cnó cócó ailse agus go gcabhraíonn sí le coinníollacha craicinn tirime, lena n-áirítear eczema, psoriasis agus dandruff.

Measann leigheas Síneach agus Ayurvedic go bhfuil ola síolta cócó éifeachtach chun coinníollacha na scamhóga a ghlanadh, amhail plódú.

Is féidir an ola a ghlacadh go hinmheánach nó a úsáid i massage chun na scamhóga a ghlanadh a spreagadh.[31] Creidtear i leigheas Ayurvedic go gcabhraíonn ola cnó cócó le tocsaineacha, salann agus aigéad uric a bhaint as an gcorp, ag cabhrú le coinníollacha athlastacha lena n-áirítear airtríteas, pian droma[32] agus coinneáil leacht. I leigheas Síneach, úsáidtear ola cnó cócó chun constipation a chóireáil.  

Cosmaideacha Tá ola cnó cócó ionsúite go maith isteach sa chraiceann agus bogann sí é, rud a fhágann go bhfuil sí ar cheann de na roghanna is fearr do chosmaideacha agus cumhráin. Déanann na tréithe céanna í coitianta chun cógais a thabhairt isteach.[33]
